Everything You Need to Know to Enter the Texas Quickdraw Showdown

Who can enter?

Any grower cultivating hemp or cannabis flower in Texas. Whether you’re an independent cultivator, legacy operator, or a licensed producer – if you’ve got the goods, we want to see them.

What’s the entry fee?

$200 per entry. 2 entries per farm/grower allowed unless your second entry prevents another grower from entering.

How much flower do I need to submit?

You’ll need to submit 2 ounces of cured, trimmed flower. This accounts for 2g per judge (12 total), plus backup/reserve.

When and where do I drop off my entry?

Entries are due by 12:00 PM (NOON) on Tuesday, January 20 in Downtown Austin. Exact drop-off location and contact instructions will be provided upon registration.

Do I need lab results?

Lab testing is optional.

We offer a $150 add-on that includes full panel testing and sealed packaging via our lab partner. We’ll handle everything if you choose this option.

Who are the judges?

We are hand-selecting 12 respected industry professionals with experience in cultivation, formulation, retail, and terpene education. Judging is done blind and scored across multiple categories.

What do winners receive?

1st Place:
